Lili Brillstein is a national leader driving the adoption of Episodes of Care and other innovative value-based payment models. Through her organization, BCollaborative, she empowers healthcare stakeholders to create payment structures that encourage collaborative, team-based care delivery. Lili is dedicated to helping the healthcare system move beyond fee-for-service, championing models that reward providers for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences while simultaneously lowering overall costs.

Notably, Lili built the country's largest and most progressive Episodes of Care program during her tenure as Director of Specialty Care Value Based Models for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Her influence extends to academia, where she has lectured at Harvard Business School and Georgetown Medical School, and to policy, having advised CMS on bundled payments. She has also authored several articles on value-based care and is a former Adjunct Associate Professor at Rutgers School of Pharmacy, as well as a board member for the NJ Coalition to End Domestic Violence and the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence.

Lili's unique skill in fostering genuine partnerships between payers and providers across the healthcare spectrum has not only achieved key healthcare objectives but has fundamentally transformed these relationships from conflict to cooperation.
